Drilling Ovals

I'm looking for a little bit of help.  I pick up a Vise-It system a few weeks back (thanks Luv2C10Falll) and have successfully installed in a few trial balls.  I have drilled my first slug and worked out the sides to oval.  It's close, but its not quite right.  I don't have the ability to drill an oval here.

Does anyone have the ability to drill ovals in 1 1/4" Vise-It slugs?  Can anyone drill two for me?  I can send slugs / slug-its or just PayPal for them.  If so, please let me know and I can send measurements.

Why not get Vise or any other oval thumb insert?  Drill through the Vise slug and install it with the correct angle.  I use Vise ProV2 ovals with the Vise angle tool.  Works great!

I would need to buy an angle tool and oval inserts (that are tapered on the bottom to accept the slug-its.  Thought farming it out for two slugs might be easier.... If not this definitely would work.  Didn't think of it.  Thanks

I use end mill bits to do tapers.Vise does make ovals that will go into a IT  slug but that's a different application. Glad you're enjoying that endeavor

You can use flat tip bits also. Innovative bowling products has some for sale
