Low weight ball for daughter
« on: September 01, 2007, 11:37:09 PM »
I know the cores change in the light balls. So in a 12lb ball which is the most bang for the buck?My daughter is bowling in a new house this year and it has a lot more oil than most. She is using a black ice now and at this center I know it will be no where near strong enough. So until she can handle a heavier ball which would be a strong choice?

Thanks in advance,

I would lean toward the Brunswick Vapor Zone or Blast Zone. Last year brunswick changed to a stadardized core in their lighter weight balls. I have found great success in the 12 lb Vapor Zones that I have sold through my pro shop. Any questions please feel free to ask. Might have a hard time locating a 12 lb Vapor so will have to go with the Blast Zone.

If the core is important to you, then in 12 and 13 lbs. you'll get more bang for your buck with Brunswick.
On heavier oil shots the Wizard is great.
