Could this be a way to promote them?

Put some catchy phrases or designs...

Can't use the USBC logo or the PBA logo in any way without permission.

Be creative, but don't use trademarked materials.

Maybe another idea is to make BR.com shirts so that we can recognise each other (at tournaments and such)?
