 Came across them on youtube. They seem very contradictive to much modern theory, at least to me. Here is an example or two:

Looking a their (400$) Program it looks to all be based on static weights. I believe they said some where it's based on the old compu-balance system.

theres a free trial of their program, i downloaded it haven't looked at it yet though.
(update I tried but the program won't install on win 7, so can't try it.)
(update #2 found it would install, just doesn't show in start menu I had to go the install location on the c drive to launch the program)

That $225-275 layout tool is a might pricey, for a glorified quarter scale (neat design though)
