Midwest Gathering 2.
« on: August 29, 2011, 06:13:49 AM »
Ok everyone, this is the info I have as of now.

I have a date of 17 September 2011 at Bowling Green Sports Center, which is a Saturday, we can have the lanes from 12PM to 4PM, then leagues will be starting. And I have assurance's from people that work there that the lanes will be oiled, as I said before I know people that work their.

But I will need a count of heads so I can tell them how many people will be their. I got roughly 15 in the last thread, but that didn't count if you will bring someone with you. The more the merrier.

Ok Mr. Doom has come thru and we will have a ball to raffle, hope to see allot of you this Saturday.

Yes we will be selling tickets for this ball and holding a raffle of sorts, and donating the precedes to the Benefit that Monster Pike's family is going to have for his relative that had this stroke. Its for Medical bills and such. I will let you know about this as this is still up in the air.

Address, and web site.

Well then, maybe they tightened up the left side! Probably drove away some of their favorite lefties!

Anywho, stoked about going back to BGSC. Haven't even been there since before Christmas. Just hope my twins don't come that day! Don't want to miss the birth! My wife would never let me forget that!

Well I know about the middle of the last year the shot started to change. I used be able to get a long way down before it would make its move, but then I would have to get really close the gutter for it to make its move, I mean really close. It seemed like the shot got allot tighter to me.

Impending Doom wrote on 8/29/2011 6:44 PM:I wouldn't bet on anything else other than the ths. From 10 to 10, a lake for about 45 feet. Hit 8 to 5 at 40 feet, watch it walk in. Although rumor has it that they took the bump away outside of 4, so thats no mans land. If Chuck actually changes the pattern, ill buy that man a beer or two.

Track_Fanatic wrote on 8/29/2011 6:23 PM: It's nice they are willing to do this.  I hope they can put a challenging shot out.  their house shot is ridiculously easy. I'm not complaining but if there may be some pots going, it should show our potential and not what we can do on a house shot. Thanks again for checking into this and appreciate bowling green for hosting it.

Yes congrats on twins, yikes. You will be a busy man.

You would be living in the dog house if you went bowling with a bunch of yahoos from BR. and missed the big day.

Well, we're hoping that the twins DON'T show up on the day that we have planned for this outing. Knowing my luck, they will. But I am still coming!

Yes sir, already have kids. My little one just turned 2 on Monday, and then there's 11, 14, and 15 in the ranks as well.

As an added incentive to come to our awesome Midwest Gathering, we will be selling raffle tickets for a 900 Global Eagle. Ball will be onsite, so if you win, you walk out with it!

Pricing for the raffle will be available soon.

Way to come threw Mr. Doom, lets bowl and have a good time.

Also guys I would like a head count Yes or no so I can kind of figure how many lanes we will need, and also if we will need to make special arrangements if we want to get something to eat afterwords.
And yes some of you have already gotten back to me. Thanks.
