More channel improvements/adjustments, opinions?
« on: November 09, 2017, 10:15:45 AM »
Soliciting opinions once again for channel adjustments.  This is really just an effort to try and set myself further apart or really differentiate myself from what else is going on out there.  Adding humor has been a big hit, the little teasers I tried don't seem to be, the podcasts seem to be gaining steam, but my actual reviews are what seem to me to be too stale.

So if you would answer the following questions, I'd appreciate it:

1. What do you like that you want me to continue doing, and/or to expand on?

2. What do you not care for that you would like me to change or remove?

3. What do I not currently do that you would like to see me start doing?

I also just had an idea recently to do a challenge series.  I've had somebody after me to bowl 1 on 1 for a while, and that's just not really my thing, but I thought it would be fun to make a video series out of though.  Kind of like a Beat Bobby Flay type of deal.  My home house, they come to bowl and get to pick the pattern we bowl on.

Thanks for any and all feedback, it's appreciated!

Problem on my part, I know, but I feel like I'm looking at one of those optical illusion pictures where everyone is saying "See the elephant"? and all I see are the dots. Particularly my favorite line "See it pick up in the mid lane"? No, I don't  :(. The line looks the same. I can judge break off the end of the pattern, and that's about it..

Anything you can do for those of us who are challenged in this area would be wonderful.

Wait a second....didn't you say something to the effect that the CG matters b/c you saw it?  Then we got into the debate of the effect of 1oz difference/carrying etc?

Certainly I could be wrong here (and will take it back if I am) but I seem to remember something like that.....

Good grief, how does that enter into this? Wait I said, although it has no reason here, is that for myself, with my eyes, when I do different things, I see certain conditions making a difference. I've said that a lot. As for the rest, you may be mistaken, but I frankly don't care enough to debate with you. Please troll elsewhere....

Back on point here, no, I do not see the differences in the videos Luke's been shooting, and can't match to commentary like seeing where it picks up in the midlane. Sorry, I just don't see it on the video. The tracker would be a great assist.

Part of the deal is that everything looks the same at my home house for some reason and the track is extremely defined, so that's why you see me playing virtually the same area of the lane on every single video no matter what the ball does.  However, the Hectic is getting thrown slower than the All Out, and the Ink is being kept tighter to the pocket.  As soon as I try to move out of that zone, ball reaction gets weird.  It's 17 year old pro lane 1, so it's a low friction surface with high friction wear and bad topography.  You have to play 3rd arrow there, you just have to.  Now if you go back and watch my lefty videos, you should see differences easier, but I don't blame anyone for not seeing much out of my videos because it's not obvious.  Now I can see everything, but I've got 20/8 vision and have a high level of familiarity with this house, so I can still see things going on that aren't always visually obvious.
