Is there an award for throwing a 700 series? I had a pretty cool night for myself. 279, 236, 201, for my first 700 and the 279 is my highest to date. Did the math and just missed an 150 pins over for series. I thought what was better yet was we were down like 30 pins and I was working on a spare going in to the tenth. Threw a strike and 9 spare to win the last game by 5 pins.

The ABC used to give out 700 patches for your first of the year. I hear the USBC is giving out drink coasters for 700. My local paper bowling writer had a article about this on Wed.

USBC gives out a leather coaster.

you can get a towel or a coaster and your averge must be under 210 to qualify for the award and it is 700-799 as opposed to the old rules where it was 700-749 and a 750-799

The over-series award is 140 pins now, now 150.
