Lane certification videos
« on: June 19, 2013, 10:27:55 AM »
There's some information that is confidential, so I won't be able to show as much as I would like, but we are doing lane certification for two centers this weekend and I hope to get some video of the process.  Hopefully I can find some editing 101 help and get it all in one video, but more than likely it will just be a collection of a few different videos.

One house is Brunswick Anvilane, and the other house is wood with Laneshield synthetic overlay.  The Laneshield house may be the most interesting for everyone, because it wasn't ever common and I don't believe is even in production anymore, but don't quote me on that.  It used to be bright purple with orange arrows, but has faded to a light lavender.

I don't know if anyone really gets to see how this is done, at one house we do it while it's closed, and the other house we just pick a slow time, because it's really pretty difficult to do if there's much going on.  It's not complicated, but it's interesting.

Can anybody recommend any editing software?  Right now I'm just going to use my iphone to film, but it films in HD, so if I get some decent software it should get me by for right now.
What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?
