my planned gift for my g/f didnt pan out....thinking about getting her a new ball.....shes left handed has conventional drill but wants finger tips, she does hook the ball slow speed with minimal revs....she currently has a columbia reactive scout that hits like crap...any quick suggestions

Go for something like the new Tropical Storms, as she will find that finger tips will give her more revolutions and more turn and more hitting power, so ball-wise its best not to stray too far away from what she is used to. If she really needs something stronger/more aggressive, the Power Groove's are still the best bang-for-buck you can get at the lower price range.
