The key with the one for PS3 is to not use the Move controller, and just use the sixaxis controller. It actually works extremely well and I am super impressed with the game. For as bad as bowling games usually are, this one is very good. It's also very competitive when you make it further in the game. As you get further, you end up opening some oil patterns that are quite a bit more difficult.
Also, with the sixaxis controller, for a right hander, hold it face up in the palm of your hand and wrap you fingers and thumb around it. Your thumb should be placed on the X button, and then as you rotate it from flat (horizontal) to 90 degress (vertical, buttons facing left), your revrate will increase. Dont rotate it as you swing though, keep the controller rotated the same throughout the whole swing.
I will definitely be getting this for the Kinect but I doubt it will be as consistent as it is using the sixaxis with the PS3.
Either way, this is by far my favorite bowling game ever produced. For $19.99 or whatever it is, definitely worth it.

Honestly never tried the controller but I bought it so I could use it with the ps move. Might have to give it another shot.

I see, most people don't realize the standard ps3 sixaxis controller is also motion controlled, so you will still be doing all the motions you would with move, just with the controller in your hand instead of that stickbulb. For this particular game, the move controller ruins it completely.
