North West coast, A chance to work with Ron Clifton?
« on: May 26, 2005, 04:55:13 AM »
Anyone interested in working with Ron Clifton in the Portland Oregon area?
I am trying to put together ether a 3 day clinic or even a bunch of private lessons for the weekend of July 8,9 and 10.
I may have a day or two before or after those dates as well before I have to move south toward Ca.

Ron,

As far as the secondary trip to Bend is concerned, everyone I thought would be interested already has plans, I am sad to report.  I guess I am the only one who could have been available.  *SIGH* I tried... =(

Your town is pretty much on the way to where I am headed so I still may be able to swing through there and spend a few hours with you if you are interested.

A lot depends on how things work out for Portland. I am still waiting to hear from Marc to see if he landed the bowling center. I think someone he needed to talk to was on vacation. I hope they are back now.

Bowl great!

It's official. We have dates, times and the location all set and it's time to make your plans to attend. Remember, space is limited.

July 9-10              9am - 3 pm both days.

AMF Cascade Lanes - Portland, OR
2700 NE 82nd Ave
Portland, OR 97220
503-255-2635

****WE ARE GOING TO HAVE ONE LANE WITH A SPORT PATTERN OR PBA PATTERN*****

Again, there will be video analysis and plenty of one on one as well as the fun of bowling for a day with other bowlers.

Pricing is as follows:

1 Day $150 plus lineage fee

2 Days $200 plus lineage fee

3 Days $250 plus lineage fee ***This 3rd day is optional. Let me or Ron know ahead of time if you want this third day on Friday the 8th.

We have secured a good lineage rate for the time on the lanes to keep costs down.

Please Email me with your confirmation.  I really want to make sure that we have spots for everyone and that we have a full roster to make it worth Ron’s time to be here.

Email me at marc@bowlercentral.com or Ron at rclifton@triad.rr.com

YEP - I'M IN. I wouldn't miss it!!!
Just working out the details with Marc - I'm bowling Saturday afternoon in a tournament, but Friday for sure, maybe part of Saturday (we can discuss), and Sunday...

In fact, I hope you are ready - because you and your expertise is EXACTLY what I need right now.

Spots are filling in pretty fast for this event.  I have a few on the fence and just let them know that others had expressed interest.

Because of the late nature, I am taking first come first serve on this one.

So if you are wanting to attend 1-2 or all 3 days, email me at marc@bowlercentral.com right away.

Also, to those attending, it might make good sense to visit www.bowl4fun.com and read a few of the articles Ron has already written.

I believe you and I have emailed a few times about the clinic and I have you down on the list and your spot is secure.
