Oil Pushing

Can someone please explain this concept.... My understanding is pushing the oil down the lane while bowling. ( Correct or Wrong )...  Is this caused by style of bowling or bowling ball.. Also can this be corrected if its style of bowling...

Thanks for the image but when do you call it when your balls doesnt break in the same spot during a game..
