Kansas State Tournament - WOW
« on: May 13, 2006, 08:44:11 PM »
I just learned that Sean Rash shot in the neighboorhood of 2400.  If I can find offical results, I will post them.  Heard he had two 800's and a high 790 series.

He's not winning the singles.  He's winning the all events.  He's also winning the 8 game total.

S.Rash is a very good bowler.  Have you noticed that his stance looks kind of similar to Barnes?

Yeah, I watched him shoot both the 801's.  He was playing 4th arrow with a Vapor Zone, and the guy doesn't miss.  Yes, the smooth power does remind me quite a bit of Barnes.  Also, he bowled the very first day of the tournament a month and a half ago.  Nice to have it locked up from the get go, right?  801-801-701 were his three sets.  The singles/doubles house is pretty wide open as long as you have decent revs.  Pattern is shorter with smoother backends.  If you throw a smooth shot with a decent amount of power, you'll be there all day long.  Team house is long and strong and actually has a bit of OB.  Also the lanes are wood and transition a lot faster.  Corners are hard to kick out too, most of the time you'll have HARD 10's.  Sean does have a tendency to throw it too hard sometimes, but even the best make mistakes.  He's very easily PBA-caliber though.

Thanks pin buster!  I only heard it through he saw, and he said and then he said.  I try not to tell false information, but my brother must of heard wrong.  I knew it was BIG numbers.
