Hey everyone,

Quick question, and sorry if this has already been adressed, but are overseas balls legal in ABC competition? I almost worked out a deal for a Storm Phase with Strikinmachine (good seller to deal with), and it just occured to me that there may be a legality problem. Can these be used or not? Thanks for the info.
