Title: Pain in hand while bowling.

Hey guys im just wondering... when i first drilled out my x factor reloaded.. the span was a tad bit too big but i treid to throw it a couple games.. then when i went back to a regular fitting ball the next day i seem to have pulled something and there is alot of pain int he palm of my throwing hand when i release the ball... any ideas whats causing this pain?.. could it just be a pulled muscle or something?... thanks for any replys
