Podcast Regarding the HK22
« on: July 18, 2023, 07:18:24 AM »
This is a really good podcast that goes into the development timeline of the HK22 from start to finish.  Also goes into the acquisition of Brunswick obtaining EBI and the two most important decisions for them was the Black Widow and Purple Hammer urethane and what all went into that, plus more. A lot of history that I didnt know about.

Some interesting history and some BS for sure. Brunswick was last in surface options in my opinion compared to Ebi and others for years. Brunswick hung onto the 500/ruffbuff or the 500/ruffbuff/polish finishes on everything for far too long. Not to mention you make SPI balls with the 1500/polished finish. It isnt a secret that you couldn't utilize for yourself.

You bought out Ebi and have access to BASF which was who they used for resin. You want more skid flip like the original Pink Widow and others from the Ebi brands it was there waiting for you already developed. Is HK22 unlike anything we have seen before. It is not....except for some Brunswick stuff

What they do not expand on is everything is a "new shape" yet it is the same shapes weve seen for years.
