nice vid, i have experimented w/the 6 step approach also, focusing on planting the left foot to get velocity on the ball, just gotta remember to lift w/the fingers for right # of revs. I used to do 5 step, and throw while sliding, which can be very off balance feeling. I like the 6 step approach, was always told planting the foot can increase speed, dunno if anyone can clarify that, I used to try to do a quick 5 step to gain speed, but would sacrifice balance.
