New Ownership?
« on: May 25, 2003, 08:04:23 AM »
I see the PBA Logo in the top right now and I'm pretty sure that this indicates that the new owner is a PBA Member.  I've been reading the posts about the site changes and I'm not sure whether I like all the changes.  But I do like some:  The old blue background made it hard to read the text - every site that I know of that is designed for news or text (think of CNN.com or perhaps of my favorite bowling site pba.com) all have black text on white.  I'm also holding out hope that the new site will have some reviews or tips from PBA pros.  Let's see what happens.

I thought the old site read just fine.  This site is commercialized now, I can already see it going downhill.  If you'll refer to a post Gabe Attoun made, he indicated it's now under the ownership of bowling.com.

Hamster, thanks for the correct reference to Gabe.  I was trying to remember who it was that posted that info and I thought it was you.  I knew it was one of the young brains on this site.
