Yes Roto Grip is manufactured by Storm, Dynothane and Circle Athletics are also.

Storm does the manufacturing for those companies, but does not own them.  RotoGrip and Dynothane (not sure about Circle) use their own resins, additives, and coverstocks.  Each has their own cores as well.
