Title: rh only shoe

when they state riht hand only do they mean that the rh shoe is going to have the push off rubber on it

From my understanding yes. The left shoe will have the slide on it. Basically it is saying that the shoes are for RH bowlers.

rh only by mfger means they are for a rh bowler, none made for a LH bowler

Unless you slide off the wrong foot (right foot).
