Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has thrown a Columbia Rival and a Storm Hy-Road and how they compare. I am looking for something very versatile to adjust to tournament conditions, as well as being smooth on the medium THS I bowl on weekly. I'm not too worried about either ball on the THS, but more importantly which one seems to work on a larger variety of tournament/PBA patterns?
I can only afford one or the other and my driller said they are both very good choices based on how I throw it and what I want it to do. Just wanted some opinions of someone who has used both pieces of equipment.
Thanks for your help.

the rival would be more rolly and smoother imo. the hyroad would ge tmore length and have a smooth hard arc and backend

I have a Rival and a T-Road Pearl (same core, different cover than the HyRoad) and that is exactly how they compare for me.
I think the Rival can handle a lot more oil than the HyRoad too.
