Title: Rotogrip Hustle

A friend of mine is looking to replace his Hustle with a ball from another manufacturer.

Please let me know of any recommendations. He liked the hustle would just like to try something different.

There are a lot of posters here who could offer suggestions, but I think your request is very vague.  'Another manufacturer - something different'. 
What is meant by something different?  Just another manufacturer or different hook shape, amount of hook, color?

Could you provide some info on the bowler and the lane conditions that it will be used on?

There's nothing like a Hustle HYB at the price point. All of the Hustles have subtle variances though. Depending on which you have, the Vibe series and Boosts from Global are close.

As DP3 stated, all Hustles are very different from one another, but they are very versatile and useful balls. They are also very similar to the Vibe series as well! I know many folks who use them on darn near everything!
