PBA50 National Championship lane surface question
« on: May 04, 2019, 09:33:40 PM »
I was watching the PBA50 National Championship on FloBowling and they had a tough pattern for the tournament.  I've always wondered what is the synthetic surface they use at Spanish Springs Lanes in The Villages, FL?  The live coverage mentioned it's not the typical AMF or Brunswick surface that the majority of houses use today.

I really dont know, but Heddon made a surface for awhile anout 15-20 years ago.  Also Murray had a synthetic.   I hsve bowled on both
Hedfon was used at nationals for a couple of years around 2000.  Neither played all yhat diffetent from anvil lane depending on the oil pattern
