Storm 4 Ball Roller and Lane 1
« on: June 17, 2007, 10:28:43 AM »
Ok so heres my question. I drive a 2004 Mustang which has a VERY small trunk. I'm looking to get a 4 ball roller but need one that the handle retracts very far. So I'm wondering does anyone have the Storm Rolling Thunder pictured here:

I'd rather have a Lane #1 4 ball roller but don't know how far the handle retracts. If anyone has either of these bags and could post me some pictures it would be appreciated. I just don't want to spend $150+ to have a bag that won't fit into my car. Also if anyone knows any sites that have good deals on these bags.

Thanks a lot everyone.

Here's my Storm Rolling Thunder stacked and side-by side.  Oh, and my walls look like crap because my kitchen is being remodeled (finally)

The lower bag with the handle on the right side of the picture measures 20" from the wheel in the middle of the back of the bag to the top of the handle.  Hope this helps!

And yes, that IS a green Grip It & Rip It Ballreviews wristband hanging on there....

I have this bag and it is NICE.  I also break it down to fit it in the trunk.  It is also a lifesaver to break it in half for going up and down flights of stairs every time I want to leave to go bowling.

The construction of the bag is really good compared to others and the way it connects in the back and locks on is really nice.

Thanks a lot everyone. I think I'll be picking this bag up. Anyone know a good place to order one from? Hint Hint... Cheap!

I have a used one I no longer use that's in good shape. I'll sell it to you for $75. Send me a message if you are interested. Thanks.

Me too.  Next time I'm just buying a new house with a better kitchen.  We've done a lot of remodeling to the house since we moved in five years ago, going from room to room, and none of it has been this drawn out or disruptive.

My walls look nicer than yours, but we just painted them two weeks ago.

I've been thinking about this and have decided I'd rather buy a Lane #1 four ball roller, since I throw all of their equipment, but it won't work I'll go with the storm. So what I'm asking is if anyone with a Lane #1 four ball roller could take some pictures for me like LuvThatWhiteDot did that would be awesome. I've posted this on the Lane 1 message boards and got no response. And I'm looking to make a purchase by tomorrow hopefully.
