Next month I'm going to get new Etonic bowling shoes and I'm looking for suggestions on a good pair with less slide. The current shoes I have are good and lasted alot longer than my previous Dexter and Brunswick shoes but I tend to get too much slide from it and at times lose balance. Yesterday in my first week of league bowling I twisted my back pretty bad after losing my footing on the approach and decided it's time to get something with a interchangable sole or heel. Does anyone have any suggestions on which shoes would be good to get? I prefer to keep using Etonic, thanks!

I like the look of the Stabilite Dress shoe, although I could never bowl in them. The heel is fixed, with changeable soles. My only problem is the Etonic heel is a bit too high for me. Here's a link to a picture:

Thanks for the link! I was also looking at the Stabalite Action shoes, the prices are reasonable and the colors are nice.
