Have a good example of this from the other night. Mixed league. A guy on the other team I am bowling against has a good first game (213). Well his second game he leaves a 10 pin on the first frame then gets 8 10 split on the 3rd frame. His second game was 140 something and his third game was in the 170s.

First game he is all polite...but by the middle of the second game, he is flipping his finger at the pins, laying down F bombs, throwing his bowling glove from the approach after his shot, and slapping his hand on tables & chairs.

Through the course of the second game he also is making statements like this: "A Pocket hit and leave a 8 10!!!". Well I saw is shot and his ball did not finish through the pocket. Can't he see that? I saw it! He actually believes that every pocket hit should strike! And when it doesn't he starts whining and acting worse than my two year old.  

This guy carries a 200+ average. You would think someone with a higher average would have a better understanding. I guess not in this case.

But in all reality...after bowling at this house for a few years...I know the breakpoint is NOT 10.  It is instead outside of 10 near 6.

For some reason my eyes are drawn to those dark lines on the lanes at near the 40 foot mark and I forget...my ball is suppossed to turn outside of them.

First game hit 7 at break....Next two hit that dark long board at 10.

Severe punishment was inflicted on me bacause of this stupidity.

Can you say....not a crown!

It could be old age...I don't remember forgetting where I'm suppossed to be aiming like I do now!
