I appreciate the ideas / opinions / thoughts. It helps me to make better choices and what direction9s) to take my League.  My truest intent is to make a great league and your ideas / opinions / thoughts will help in that matter.

I don't mind locking, but I really dislike deleting threads unless they got really out of hand.  Other people can still read and learn things from locked threads.  Now all the information is gone.
