As many of you know I am pursuing my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology (with a specialization with Sports Psychology) at JFK University in Pleasant Hill, CA.

Well, for those who are interested, there is a Sport Excellence Summit being hosted by my school and I encourage those who have the opportunity to go to attend. The keynote speaker is my high school religion teacher, and head coach of the De La Salle Spartans football team, which boasts a 151-game winning streak that went on from 1992-2004, in addition to 15 consecutive North-Coast Section high school football titles... Bob Ladouceur, or just "Lad" to the De La Salle Community.

The event takes place on Saturday, February 23, 2008, starting at 9:30am and ending at 3:30PM. Topics include the S.M.A.R.T. Method to reaching your goals, team building, and Performing with Confidence.
