Surely a couple of paint ball guns for the toddlers can't cost that much?!

We can take the kids to Strider's work camp/day care.  There's grass to be cut, a deck to power wash + stain, a fence to paint...    Willy's kids might be a little young, but I'm sure we can find something to do with all their energy.

How about bottle it and feed it to old poops like myself who haven't yet found the fountain of youth that Joe Falco has been drinking from?

4 more days of teaching - 1 Pupil Free Day - then it's SUMMER VACATION!

Who will be able to keep up with Joe?
Will the chaos twins wreck havoc and zap all the energy from the group?
Will Toma be able to convert all the creative spares/splits I leave for him in the Scotch Doubles?
and ....

Who will be the winner of the coveted T-Shirt from the Bragging Rights tournament?

Just over 1 month until The Gathering begins and the answers will be revealed.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting the first timers.

I thought I was going to have to come back in here and say we'd called it off. We did have to shorten our vacation but at least we'll be there for this.

What time is everyone going to be getting to the bowl Friday? We thought we'd be coming in late Thursday night but now that's been changed to Friday after lunch.

My wife isn't sure she's going to bowl in the tournament, either. I was mainly asking to see what plans are for Friday afternoon stuff, if any.

Friday is very laid back.  Some arrive as early as 9 or 10 AM, whenever the center opens.  We get a few lanes and add as more people show up.  Lunch is usually when you get hungry and at the center.  Dinner has been around 6PM, but with the change in time for the Scotch Doubles it will either have to be earlier or after the tourney.

So whenever you get there, I can almost guarantee people will be there.  As for the tourney, you don't have to decide until that night.

If my knee doesn't get any better, I will be doing more socializing, picture taking, and video filming than bowling.  Keep your fingers crossed the knee IS better, or be afraid, be very afraid if I have time for pics & video

J- whatever time it opens I expect you will be one of the first to arrive.  I can just see you standing at the door like in the Mervyns commercials saying "open, open, open"

Lucky Lefty it will be good to see you again.

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know the Misses and I are heading out for our annual road trip to see the kids and their spouses up North this Sunday the 29th.   We're heading to Chicago, then Ohio, we're going to be gone about 4-5 weeks total but will see everyone on Friday, probably around 11 AM.  We will be driving from Ohio on Thursday so we might check in and see who is around on that evening after checking into the hotel.  Take care and see everyone soon!

Sheez Louise w/cheese, you make it sound like I'm addicted or something. Nurse, prepare the 10-pin I.V. drip.

Sadly, you're not far from the truth. Heal up that knee so we can go a game 1-on-1... I'll bowl left-handed in my right-hander's shoes

No really, I'm not addicted.... much...
