We've just heard, on another board, news that we have a hard time believing or fathoming.  If anyone has any knowledge would you please message me.

How sad.  Colleen has been a long time favorite on the site and made all of the Get Togethers.  I had no idea she was ill.  My deepest sympathies to her family.

Man....I haven't been on the site in a week, and I was having an ok day (it's my mom's B-day today)...and now this?!?

I really can't believe this is true, except that many people that I respect on here have already said so.....This is truly a very sad day for this site, and bowling in general (though many outside of her association will never know what they've missed out on).

I will definately say a prayer for her tonight, and hope that it wasn't a painful experience for her. There's not many people outside my inner circle that I'd ever say this about, but I really loved that woman as a person....just the few times I'd met her in person I could tell she was very genuine. She will be missed but not forgotten....

This is very sad to hear. She seemed like a friendly personality on this site, and in person.

Condolences.

I never met her. Many times, she seemed to be the voice of reason on here when a post would get outta hand. Always willing to give of her knowledge and experience. She will be dearly missed.

She was my best friend on BR.  We bowled a couple of the get togethers in Winston-Salem together, bowled the get together in St Louis, made up teams for the Hoinke 2 yrs.  She used to ship her equipment to me to save on airfare, I would pick her up in Indianapolis and we'd head to the tournaments.

Can't believe 10 years has gone by that fast and that such a super person has left us.

I'm shock and sadden to hear what happen. My prayers goes to the family. We'll miss a real nice person.Since she was a coach that any honor score we bowl from now on or a good game/series,let's say this is for you.And I will say a 176,244,234 for a 654 series for Thong princess.
I hate ten pins but love the game of bowling with just the right ball to take them out.

I have to say I'm stunned.
We bowled together in the USBC Mixed Team in Reno several years ago, and have kept in touch.

My heart goes out to Angie, and to the rest of her family, students, and others she's touched.

Just remember - when you hear thunder, Colleen's just hit a high flush hit!
