Title: THS Specs

My buddy and i were talking yesterday, and had a brainstorm. 

What would you think if each year the USBC put out different guidelines for oil viscosity and volume?  Houses can decide for themselves how it is spread out, but in a given year the THS may have 26-28to units at specified viscosity.   Then change it each year to keep people on their toes.

The governing body no longer checks lane conditions thus this is a moot point...houses will do what houses want to control or create scoring.
