2 near misses tonight....
I missed a strike in the 9th frame (wiggled the 10 pin) of the third game which cost me my first 700.
To top it off, I then whiffed the 10 pin to miss my first "clean" series.
Oh well, I still had a 213,247,224 for a 684 which is my new high series.  That should be good for an ABC 100 pins over average award as I was at 191 coming in.
I used my SmashR for all three games.

The other thing I should be happy about is the fact that I was playing a little outside my "comfort zone".  I was playing a fairly deep shot tonight.  The first 2 games I was targeting 18 at the arrows and the third game I moved a couple boards left and targeted the fourth arrow.  I normally feel more comforable playing around the 3rd arrow, but this was the line that was working early on so I stuck with it and things worked out.
