Is it bad to have a low track? Everybody keeps saying that I need to stay behind the ball a tad bit longer so I stop spinning the ball so much which will raise my track. The problem I'm facing is this. When I think about staying behind the ball, I suck. I shot 142, 140, 168. I finally said F it and went back to my natural release and I shot 723 (242, 203, 278)
Also, is there certain ball manufactures that I should stay away from with a low track?

Nothing wrong with a low track you'll just have to have equipment drilled for your axis quardinates. Basic drillings ie, "label," "stacked leverage," and such won't react as well as say pin above or below middle finger. Of course everything depends on how low you track. Your local qualified pro shop operator could help you with drilling choices, and no there are no companies to stay away from. Each will have a ball that will compliment the lane condition you're bowling on.
