What works best for you guys on walled house shots? The few times I see these conditions, I have extreme over under.

Slow reponse balls or surface on clean shells. Not sure how guys use shine, high response balls on house. They say "boy these lanes are flying" no, your sensitive shells with high polish is tricking you. It's 2017 and people don't understand basic ball motion.

Perfect statement. It amazes me how many bowlers just keep pounding there heads off a wall...Pardon the pun

I still like "I can't carry a corner pin!" you are using a sanded high performance ball on old wood lanes with a broken down shot. Meanwhile I am doing my best to keep my Ride from Greek churching me. But at least I'm not getting tapped on corner pins!

I like MH oil strong pearls. They can still carry when tugged in the puddle and recover when thrown out. Gives me the most miss room. I can also just play my Ride up the 8 board.

Ride up the 8 board? That's how I shoot my 7 pins 😂 17 board out to 5 is what I have to play on my shot lol. I MIGHT be able to play up the 8 board with plastic

After I punched up a Deep Freeze I averaged 250 for the remaining 16 weeks of that league season.  I left the DF at box finish also.  The polish got the ball through the heads but the lower diff made the backend very controllable.  I squared my angles up starting around 12-13 at the arrows with 8-10 breakpoint and at the end of the night; I only had moved into 17 at the arrows with 12 breakpoint.  My carry never suffered through all 3 games.

No real right answer to this question.  It depends most on your style
As a low rev stroker I am going to play them different that someone with 400+ rpm.

I agree with Avabob.  As a low rev player that is speed dominant, I can use stronger equipment and equipment with more surface for a longer period of time than most bowlers.

Depends on the wall, but for the 10:1 top hats I like stronger covers and closed angles to limit my response from wet to dry.  I am around 375 RPM, so I like to keep my ball in the oil as long as possible and make minor tweaks to get my ball to face the pins properly.
My opinion is that too many medium to high rev players are simply trying to overplay the pattern by crossing too many boards leading to inconsistent reaction and bad carry of corners.
