Title: We are the Champs!!

Hey guys My team won the Mountain Bay Masters league up in Shawno WI. It was a great feeling to be at the head table again it has been a long time 5 years.
The league wasn't to happy that we took number 1 though 3 of the 5 guys me included are from out of town and alot younger than most of the guys which are almost old enough to be our fathers! Guess you could say the young lions blow away the crafty vets this season.

Do people really have a problem with you being from a different town?  I would think that they would think it was cool that you came out to beef up their league.  Well, until you took the first place maybe.  But still...  You can't hate on someone just for winning.

they don't care where were from but they do care cause they are getting there butts kicked in by 3 guys who are under 30 in a league with a average age of over 40. I don't care though, we are #1 and we beat them!

Congratulations, mainzer!  I had to laugh when reading your post.  Our team from a few years ago was called "Old Men Bowling" (I was the youngest on the team at 42).  We won the league two years in a row and after losing three of the members two years ago, we "integrated" the team with some "young blood" -- my remaining teammate's two sons and a friend of theirs joined our team.  We renamed the team to "Old Man Bowling" in honor of him as he was our oldest bowler at 61.  We won the league last year, but this year we did not come close...congrats again on winning!
