weight loss
« on: November 06, 2015, 01:36:06 PM »
I've lost almost 15 lbs. in 13 days - I still have 60 lbs to go.  :o (gained 105 lbs in 18 years)

I lost that firm/snug fit in my finger inserts and I'm adding tapes to the thumb. Inserts may need to be replaced soon.

My questions are....

Do spans change in length as someone gets lighter or heavier?

Also, during the process of weight loss, will it affect my physical game? I know lifting heavy weights can...

(Note: Low Cal Diet of 1200-1500 a day. No hunger headaches and I'm not hungry eating 6 times a day. Each meal or shake is between 50-300 calories. I going back to my training days when I had to make weight. My workout: walking my Doberman and bowling. No soda, No mocha, but I have to have my bourbon.)

The only reason I mention Diet DP was that it can make your hand and finger swell while bowling it was even discussed in my class when I had to go to PBA school that was required back in the 90's.

I get it!  I'm a new kid on the block who has rocked the boat (asked questions) like "Why is there non-bowling discussion taking place in a section titled by BR "Misc. for Bowling related items".  Answer...because the non-misc. section was taken away.  (Me) OK, but there must have been a reason it was taken away?
Answer..... Go "grab your boys" & chill out!  (Me) I'm not impressed with that response.
Answer....bottom line, go away stupid!
Like I said I get it. Loud & Clear!
