Hi Everyone.
I am new to the group, but not bowling. I used to bowl 3-4 times a week when I was in my 20's. I had a hammer 3-d offset and my average was around a 200 if I remember correctly. I stopped bowling for about (7) years and started again back in 2009. I purchased a new ball (cant remember what one) and was doing even better. I stopped in 2014 because I was diagnosed with MS and it was too exhausting to bowl. I have since learned to manage my MS and want to start bowling again. I have been looking at balls and thought about one of these (2) for my main ball.

I am a left handed and always had a large hook on the backend. I also need a good spare ball. But it has been so long since I have bowled, I am unsure which one I should get.
Also, I am looking to get a 14lb ball, not 16lb like I used to have.
