Sawbones posted a "winning without cheating" thread - lots of folks have posted the head games used by or to them...
So when someone tries the head games with you - how do you overcome them?

Just recently one thought has been working for me. I cant remember who said it but I read it on here last week. It is:
"Just remember the sun will rise tomorrow as it did today"
It kind of takes all the pressure off me and make the things that people do to unballance you seem trivial.
Maybe its the fact that it helps so much in reducing the negative thoughts, I dont know. All I know is Ive bowled much better thinking this.
Id like to thank whoever said it too.
