Is there a replacement sole bag out there? If not, what's a good size container for keeping soles in? I'm tired of fighting them in my bowling bag pocket.

I keep mine in this: http://www.buddiesproshop.com/p-1201-vise-bowling-accessory-bag-black.aspx
They fit in he zip pocket on the front perfectly.

Clear plastic zip-loc bag! Can see everything inside without opening it up, plus you usually have a box in the cabinet anyway. Just a thought.
I did get a pair of Brunswick TPU-X shoes and it comes with a small, draw string bag just for those soles.

My Dexters came with a bag intended for just this purpose. It's a silver cloth envelope. I keep all the soles in one plastic sleeve with the top cut off in which they originally came. That plastic sleeve goes in the silver cloth "envelope, which I keep in the shoe compartment of my bowling ball bag. I have soles in one plastic envelope and heels in another.
The envelope of a 7.5" x 9.5" with a drawstring to keep it closed.
I mean is it really that hard to find an envelope of similar size to hold all the soles together?

If want a bag and get it cheaper, go to Walmart or Target. Look for accessory bags like this

Then purchase a carabiner. Something like this.

I bought a small accessory bag for cleaners at walmart for like $6 and the carbiner was like $2. I just clip it on my bowling ball bag. I also have a separate bag for bowling tape too. This all works real well for me, since I have kids. I just take those bags with me when the kids are bowling. No need to dig thigs out my own ball bag.
