I'm really like the DV8 stuff I've thrown and was considering going strictly with them.  Only problem is that if you listen to their promo stuff, it's all go long/big backend stuff.

Now, I know this is just hype, but it makes me wonder if I should blend in some Roto Grip or even something from Hamumbianite for a heavy oil/smoother reaction.

Yes, I know I can do just about anything with drilling/surface, but I still think there is something to finding a company you like and working within their line.

I'm early in and will most likely be looking at a wide range of stuff, but I'm up for suggestions/discussion.

When I think arsenal, I'm looking at something along these lines (I'll put in what holes I've already filled)

Raw hook
Strong pearl/hybrid - Brutal Nightmare
Benchmark - Diva (not drilled yet)
Benchmark pearl
Weaker pearl/solid - Misfit (but this is up for debate considering I haven't thrown it on the proper condition)

There are also niche holes to look at such as a mid range that pure roll, weak low end ball for fresh short (rolls earlier and compliments other weaker piece)

I could go on with specific stuff, but we all could.  Essentially, I'm looking at the raw hook and medium pearl.  I know Storm/Roto make great pearls and I'm not sure on the raw hook with DV8.  They really could do a better job of toning down the "looks like somebody kicked it" backend hype.  Most of us want something that chews on heavy fronts and gives a good mid read.

Feel free to comment/suggest. I'm keeping the DV8 stuff I've got, so don't pitch me another company.  I am trying to figure out if I want to just go with a Ruckus Feud/Endless Nightmare for the juice and a Diva Pearl or if there are better options.

Heck, I'm just in the mood to talk equipment and play catch up.

For the raw hook factor I've got a ruckus feud that reads the mids very well but still has a ton of power at the pins, I've also thrown an endless nightmare which still hits very hard but from my experience with it goes slightly longer and doesn't read the mids quite as well

I think you answered your own question at the end.  Ruckus Feud would certainly fit up top, and the Diva Pearl would be a nice complement to the Diva for Medium. There are balls still available (and some relatively cheap at this point) that could serve niche needs.
Current bag:
DV8 Turmoil 2 Pearl
Radical Squatch hybrid
Motiv Forza GT
Hammer Black Widow Gold
DV8 Vandal
DV8 Creed Rebellion

DV8 stuff still rolls so heavy that even though it's marketed that way, it's still until Brunswick's umbrella.  As far as HOOK goes, the Endless or the Ruckus Feud should do you just fine.  Both hook a lot, but I'd have to agree that of the two, the Endless goes longer.  The Diva Pearl should be just fine as a benchmark pearl, but I DO feel like you're missing something "cleaner" like a Hyroad-esque type reaction.  DV8s, for all the hype, are still very heavy rolling and on the smoother end of the scale across the board compared to other companies.
What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?

I agree with Snakster that the Ruckus Feud would be a good strong top of your line ball. I was impressed with it because it is controllable and has a strong hook motion even with a pin down drilling. Also, the Diva Pearl is a great compliment to the Diva and would serve as a benchmark pearl ball in your lineup. The diva pearl clears the front part of the lane easily and still has a good strong motion on the back.

Per Gizmo823's comment about a cleaner reaction, I would suggest a Dude. The Dude would fit under the Diva and has a smoother overall motion on the lane. Both the Diva and Dude take well to surface changes.

Got the Diva in today.  Will be punching it up with a control drill.

Slowing down after this little rush.  3 balls in 3 weeks is a bit much....even for me.

Thanks for the input.  Will update here or in DV8 section if I have any questions.

I think you made the right choices here.  The Diva/Diva Pearl will definitely do well as the benchmark.  I also agree with the Ruckus Feud/Endless as your top end.  As Gizmo mentioned and having seen both thrown in league, the Feud will roll a bit earlier and would be a bit smoother overall compared to the Endless, where you get a bit more length.
