Both are very much medium oil balls.  I wouldn't use either on anything less unless you drilled them very weakly and polished the daylights out of them.  Based on what I've seen, if I had to flip a coin, the Toxic is a tad weaker.

i would not use either on med dry unless u have a lower rev rate. If you like hammer Blue Vibe or Raw Hammer Doom is good for med dry. If you want to go with Brunswick i would say a Red Zone or Smokin Inferno

Smokin' Inferno gets my vote, too. It's a "monster" on drier lanes.

I think the Red Zone is too strong for anything less than medium, but I'm mainly basing that off my experience with the Strike Zone.  I think anytime the word "dry" enters into it a pearl ball comes to mind for most people.
