Cranker

No Thumb

Two handed no thumb

I would like to see which style dominates.

Mostly tweeners here. Tweeners are at the top, with all other styles about equally represented after that.

Very soft release. Allowing the ball to roll very smooth and a slight change in direction. I still am not smart enough to try to change styles to work more towards it.

Up here we have about fifty fifty tweener cranker. There are almost no strokers as it is a youth league and in the eyes of youth bowlers

Power tweeners. Most speed dominant, overpower older wood lanes. med/heavy volume, medium length 40ft +/- 1ft.

The top guys in our leagues fall into 2 distinct categories....

1. the "no hand, no speed dump it up 10" guys

2. the "rocket the ball to the pocket" guys

Anybody with any kind of hand and sub-18 MPH ball speed is screwed.

Kind of a tie right now between two lefties, good speed, good revs and a tweener, stroker and a cranker.  They are all at 230 average with a few weeks to go.

I gave the no thumb bowlers their own spot.  Most people realize that no thumb bowlers have very high rev rates.
