Which is better: stroker, tweener, cranker, two hander, helicopter style?

What would be the benefits of all these styles on a variety of conditions? Pros and cons of each. Also, what would you consider my style? Cranker? Tweener? Power tweener? I've heard all of them but not sure what exactly I am. Rev rate is around 400-430, speed around 17.5-18 mph on average. Video attached below. Responses are much appreciated!
