Light Oil ball on Medium Lanes

The following may be stupid, but bare with me...

How many of you have been able to play straight up ten with your light/dry lane ball on medium shots with great success?

lol. I have used my Power Groove on a medium to heavy shot before. I worked out good, I shot like a 620.

Straight up 10 would probably have to be plastic.  Even with my light oil balls (Slate Blue Gargoyle, Blue Hot Flame), I'd still be swinging it some on medium oil.

I hzvent had much luck playing my Desert Heat up 10 on a medium shot. It moves too early! It may be the drilling of the ball right now though??????? A plastic will work for me most of the time though!

Hey, it might be slop but, it all looks the same on the scorecard!!!!!

On our medium lanes, I can take my purple hammer reactive and throw up 10 as long as their is some dry to the right. If not, I have to point the ball.

Columbia 300 Wild

Pin in ball drilled with the pin stacked right on top of the CG which is in the middle of my palm.

3-300s
801
802
824
almost all of them where on a fairly decent amount of oil.

I've used my Panic drilled pin over ring, cg kicked out on a medium-heavy house shot before. Played the extreme outside at the 2-3 board, and let it creep in. I love playing that line.
