Dedication and Committment to get to next level
« on: January 20, 2013, 01:08:01 PM »
For all of you higher average tournament bowlers out there, what is your training schedule like? I'm looking to start a training schedule of weight lifting, cardio + stretching, plus intense practice and coaching. I'm at that point where I want to be the best I can and be the best in the area or be able to compete with the best. I can compete now but I know I can be alot better than I am. My question to you guys are, how much time do yall devote to taking your game to next level. Back in the day when I was really bowling well, I just bowled many leagues and that's how I kept myself going. Now that I have kids and full time job, I can't devote all that money to leagues each week. Do yall practice ?? games a day...a week..etc. I want to compact my approach and not muscle everything but am worried that I will lose leverage. Please help.
