Last night we were down and the pressure came on me to do well. I was working an a 4 banger and it was the tenth. I threw the 5th and i needed a strike or spare to win the game and the series. I tried to throw it out a little further and got stuck with the 6 7 10. My team was looking at me like it was over.  I looked at the pins and for once just had the feeling i knew i was going to make the shot. Threw my spareball and as it was getting closer i was getting happier, i knew it was going to be close.  Then i hit the 6 7 10 and almost pooped my pants. I turn around to find 20 ppl watching me. It was a great feeling for me "Joe bowler" to do something that clutch.

Heh, nice story.  I've made that before but never needed to in a clutch situation.  When I was an anchor, I usually had to get the first strike to secure a match and usually would.  Built up my confidence.  Now the only time I get a little bit of nerves is when I'm going for an honor game or series.
