Matching up
« on: July 09, 2008, 12:18:24 PM »
With all the talk about matching or not matching up with a certain ball or manufacture. What are the thoughts on which manufacture matches up better for strokers, tweeners, and crankers. Personally, I don't think it matters, in that all balls can work and every line has something for someone. But in general terms around here, stroker seems to do best with ebonite/hammer, crankers with brunswick/storm, tweeners it doesn't seem to matter. Thoughts.

I agree that every line has something that works for different styles, whether your a tweener, cranker, or stroker. I'm a cranker and the only two hammers that worked for me (haven't thrown every hammer just a handful) were the Black Widow solid and an old Faball blue hammer. Other than that, any of the Brunswick and one MoRich balls in my profile work fine for me.
