 Whatever it is if you're that curious then spend the four bucks to satisfy your curiousity.

 In my opinion it is a very old ball that has been sanded to hell and back.

50 available...? Looks like a sour production batch.
From the colours, it could also be unlabeled Impulze Zones from Brunswick, but kind of Teal Pro Rhino would also be a candidate. But since one cannot see even the pin, identification is hard. Lottery?

Colorwise it could be many things.  But since they went out of their way to not show the label, it's probably just a house ball they sanded to make it look like it might be something worth buying.  The seller has a good rating, but the only bowling equipment in his store are these green swirled balls.
