Difference with Pin
« on: October 19, 2009, 03:53:19 AM »
I have gotten a lot of good advice from My other post. Can someone tell me the difference when You get a ball drilled with the pin above the ring finger or below the ring finger?

Thanks Mr Bowling.

My one ball is drilled with the Pin to the right of the Ring Finger. What does this mean?

Boos,

The Pin indicates where the end of the core is laying inside the ball and for each bowler the location of the Pin and the MB (mass bias) marker (for assymmetrical cored balls) to the bowlers PAP (positive axis point) helps to determine the theorical hook reaction of the ball.

For more information, please read through the FAQ in my sig line and check out some of the links that are there for more.  Also check out the Mini Reaction Guide.

Edited to add:

If you could fill out your Profile with some basic info, like RH or LH, experience, type of bowler (stroker, tweener, cranker), speed, etc it would be helpful for others in providing information.

Hey Grant....where's my ball and/or tracking number?

I paid for a Black Widow Venom on 10/11 and so far no ball, no tracking numebr and you have stopped returning emails....

Since I paid with Paypal I am going to open a dispute if I do not receive either a tracking number or the ball we agreed on today....
