Youngest Girl to Shoot 300

I haven't been on here much lately, so I hope this isn't old news on BR, but I haven't seen it here.

The Detroit Free Press has a story today about a local 12 year old girl who is apparently the youngest girl to shoot a 300.  Reading the story, this is a kid who actually works on her game, not someone who just had some freakish luck.

You are more likely to see a 900 than a 400 series with a 300 game. Unless its done on purpose.

I'm going to have to watch for that, because I don't remember noticing it.  Many of the women do it, but the one I think of most of the time is Kim Terrell, whose second backswing is higher than the one she takes with the ball and is obviously lifted into position; it being much higher than what gravity would produce.

At least now I know where this technique comes from.

She was on a local morning radio show in detroit and she sounds like a very mature young lady.

When I rolled my 300 (at the age of 31)  I was not only my first 300 but my first 600 as well.  207-300-154/661. (nerves?  You bet!)
